By accessing or using our websites, purchasing our H.E.R. Savior-Faire Membership, registering for our live instructional briefings, or utilizing our administrative coaching services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
CCN provides business systems coaching, administrative workflow templates, personal development resources, and financial stewardship coaching.
Membership Subscriptions: Access to our premium portal, software templates, and coaching services is provided on a paid, monthly subscription basis of $144.00 USD.
Recurring Billing: By subscribing to the membership, you authorize CCN to charge your designated payment method (with preference for secure bank direct debit/ACH processed via Stripe) automatically every month on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation Policy: You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellations will stop future recurring draft charges, but no retroactive refunds will be issued for processed payments.
Business and Administrative Strategy Only: CCN provides strategic frameworks, organizational software templates, and educational leadership curricula.
No Financial or Tax Advice: While our curriculum incorporates teachings on financial stewardship, household budgeting, and using business tools, CCN does not act as a registered investment advisor, certified public accountant (CPA), or licensed legal firm. All financial systems must be validated by your own professional tax or legal counsel.
Third-Party Integrations: CCN interfaces with independent third-party services for payments and administrative setup. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with their respective independent terms and conditions.
To coordinate your onboarding and send automated billing reminders, we utilize automated and personal text messaging (SMS) systems.
User Consent: By completing any registration or checkout form on our websites and checking the mandatory consent box, you explicitly agree to receive SMS text messages, updates, and billing reminders from Compassion Coaching Network, LLC.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your subscription activity and booking updates.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. CCN is not responsible for any mobile carrier fees incurred by your participation.
Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP in response to any text message you receive from us. Once we receive your "STOP" message, we will send you one final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt-in again.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compassion Coaching Network, LLC, its members, managers, employees, and strategic partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our software, coaching, platform, or business tools.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal actions, proceedings, or disputes arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas (representing our official corporate agent registry), or Wichita County, Texas (representing our principal place of physical operations).
